Before & After Care Instructions
Before and aftercare in body sculpting is essential to maximize results and ensure the body responds well to treatment. Following pre/post-treatment guidelines help reduce inflammation, improve fat breakdown, and enhance skin tightening. Skipping care routines can delay progress or minimize visible results.
Before Treatment

Drink plenty of water (at least 2L/day before treatment).

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals 24–48 hrs before.

No lotions, oils, or anti-inflammatories on the day of treatment.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Avoid booking during your period for tummy treatments.


After Treatment

Stay hydrated (2–3L/day for 3 days after).

Avoid alcohol, sugary drinks, and greasy foods.

Do light activity (like walking) to support lymphatic drainage.

Consider a lymphatic massage within 48 hrs.
