Before & After Care Instructions

Before and aftercare in body sculpting is essential to maximize results and ensure the body responds well to treatment. Following pre/post-treatment guidelines help reduce inflammation, improve fat breakdown, and enhance skin tightening. Skipping care routines can delay progress or minimize visible results.

Before Treatment

  • Drink plenty of water (at least 2L/day before treatment).

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals 24–48 hrs before.

  • No lotions, oils, or anti-inflammatories on the day of treatment.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

  • Avoid booking during your period for tummy treatments.

After Treatment

  • Stay hydrated (2–3L/day for 3 days after).

  • Avoid alcohol, sugary drinks, and greasy foods.

  • Do light activity (like walking) to support lymphatic drainage.

  • Consider a lymphatic massage within 48 hrs.

  • Skip hot showers, saunas, and intense workouts for 24 hrs.

  • Stick to your session plan for best results.
