Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of CA$50.00.

We value your time and ours, and we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a non-refundable $50 booking fee will be charged to cover the reserved time.
