1. Booking & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service.

• Full payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include [insert accepted payment types—e.g., cash, debit/credit, e-transfer].

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but will be honored if already booked.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may apply.

3. Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or contraindications before treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not in the best interest of the client’s health or safety.

• All equipment is sanitized before and after each session to maintain a clean and safe environment.

4. Results Disclaimer

• Body sculpting results vary per individual and are influenced by factors such as lifestyle, hydration, and consistency.

• While many clients see noticeable improvements, no results are guaranteed after a single session or series of treatments.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered or packages purchased.

6. Age Requirement

• Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive body sculpting treatments.

7. Photography Consent

• Before and after photos may be taken for tracking progress and marketing purposes. Clients will be asked to sign a media release form for permission.

8. Respectful Conduct

• We strive to create a welcoming and professional environment. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in service denial.
